Today I happened to snatch a ticket for a exhibition in British museum called Picasso the Printmaker – and as the name suggest it was dedicated purely to Picassos prints. I did not know beforehand that he done so many prints and with many different techniques. The lizard and the frogiies caught my eye the most as if this wasn’t labelled I would not have guessed this was done by Picasso. Well obviously I had to draw it. Turns out drawing frogs is harder than is seams but the lizard turned out good.

Also , I drew this in the museum cafe as I was having a cofee break and I just wanted to experiment with markers a bit – spoiler allert my marker dryed out 😦
Well there was this little girl and her mother and thy kept staring at me. I expect this to happen as drawing always atracts attantion. So at first the mother is telling something to the girl in Spanish (or maybe a different language?) both staring at me from their seats.

When it got interesting was when the mother literally put the girl like 5cm behind me (men what about personal space). I normally pretend like nothing is happening and focus on my drawing (if i talked to every stranger that looks at my art I would never drew anything) but this distance was quite close. The mother was still talking full Spanish presumably explaining my process (I assume i cant speak Spanish.) I tried to look at them and start some conversation- turns out they didn’t speak English. Well that was awkward.
The whole reason why am I writing this is that the girl got some papers and started drawing as well. This really made my day as I have never tought I could inspire someone… the fact that she liked my doodles to a point she wanted to draw is something many of those old paintings can’t do.
